AGILE CREATION & INNOVATION

As Agile Lead in Mammut’s Product Division, I contributed to initiatives that enhanced commercial performance, organizational agility, and product innovation. By leading the scale-up of key lines such as the Mtn. Pro and Fast Track collections, I helped unlock new market potential through targeted range architecture, performance positioning, and cross-functional execution from concept to sell-in.

To streamline operations and accelerate time-to-market, I supported the integration of recurring collections into the inline process – reducing complexity and improving planning reliability.

In parallel, I was actively involved in several innovation-driven sustainability projects. These included:

the Close the Loop Shirt, made from upcycled climbing ropes – a milestone in circular apparel design,

the Extraordinary Jacket, a limited-edition collab with Nespresso and HeiQ, using recycled aluminium and Swiss innovation,

and LoopInsulation, an award-winning insulation from rope waste, which I supported from development to launch.

These initiatives translated strategic sustainability goals into tangible, consumer-facing product experiences – and positioned Mammut as a more credible and forward-thinking player in the industry.

Additionally, I contributed to the development of external brand collaborations as a strategic growth pillar – enhancing brand visibility, reaching new audiences, and opening up fresh commercial pathways.
